Artist Statement

I am an artist who grew up on a ranch in Montana and now live on the West Coast, both settings have influenced my work. I paint bright, bold paintings which lean towards romantic realism.

Watercolour

Watercolours have always been my passion. I can walk into a gallery of paintings and I will be drawn to the watercolours first. I really enjoy the less is more style of painting.

Acrylic

I really enjoy the layering process of acrylics, and the brilliant colours are fun to work with.
